Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive at eFill Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

You’ll assist in planning marketing strategies, analyzing data, and executing digital campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Perform keyword research and assist with SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) activities.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Handle social media content posting, engagement, and growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, blog updates, and content promotion.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and technical teams to deliver results.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Google Ads
• Familiar with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console
• Understanding of email marketing tools and basic HTML (added advantage)
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in the digital industry

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers and entry-level candidates with strong interest in marketing are welcome

Salary Range

• ₹2.2 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
• Performance bonuses and incentives based on campaign results

Work Schedule

• Full-time | Monday – Friday
• Flexible work hours for remote employees
