Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services, building strong relationships, and helping clients achieve their online growth goals.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are confident communicators, passionate about marketing, and eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline research
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
• Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and present marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media) for campaign planning
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling
• Represent eFill Marketing professionally in client interactions and presentations

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal & written)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, SMM, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in teams

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

Salary Range

• ₹3.2 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
• Performance bonuses and incentives based on Sales(Projects)

Work Schedule

• Full-time | Monday – Friday
• Flexible work hours for remote employees
